Privacy Policy

BullrunIQ ("we", "us") is built to keep your data in your hands. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you join the waitlist or contact us. We use it to send you product updates and early-access invitations.
• Anonymous usage events — page views and feature clicks, with no cookies and no personal identifiers, so we can understand what's useful.

What stays on your device

Your portfolio holdings, watchlists, fitness logs, settings, and any API keys you choose to add are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to our servers and we cannot see them.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the relevant context (e.g., your tickers and the market data shown on screen) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. It is processed to produce your result and is not used to train models. You may optionally supply your own Anthropic API key in Settings to route AI through your own account.

Third-party data sources

Live prices and market data come from providers such as CoinGecko, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, Alternative.me, ESPN, and The Odds API. Requests to these services are subject to their own privacy policies.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• We don't access your brokerage, bank, or exchange accounts.

Your choices

You can clear all locally stored data anytime from Settings. To be removed from our email list, reply to any email or use the contact page.
